Step 1: To apply for an opening, ensure that you meet the following eligibility requirements
Should be able to read, speak and write English /Hindi
Should be a current, regular employee working in Print Division
Should have performance rating as "Meets Expectation" and above in the
current position for the past one years
Should not have been a part of performance improvement plan for the current
position
Should not have any disciplinary issues.
Should be meeting all the eligibility criteria (Qualification, Experience, Rating)
Step 2: Internal Job Application Form (has to be completed within 2weeks of the job
posting)
Submit the application for Internal Job movement to your State/ Corporate HR head (approval of reporting manager is not required while submitting the
application)

Step 3: Selection Process
Candidates who qualify - Their reporting manger will be intimated by HR.
They will have an initial interview with the State/Corporate HR & subsequent interviews with the Functional Manager/ Panel (as per the TA policy).
Notification to the candidate about status of shortlisting by HR.
Discussion & Issuing of Transfer letter to the selected candidate.
